Sales Professionals
We prefer professionals with 3-5 years of direct sales experience in our industry. Basic sales skills include the ability to prospect and develop relationships while cultivating leads into sales opportunities. Personal skills include the ability to meet directly with customers and establish needs that lead to revenue opportunities. Candidates will be required to conduct site walkthroughs and provide professional written proposals.

Project Manager
We prefer professionals with a 2 year technical degree and prior experience in project management. Ideal candidates will have experience in our industry with hands on knowledge of video surveillance, access control, IP network appliances or intercom systems. Among the responsibilities will be the need to manage, oversee, & coordinate all aspects of a project through completion including: review of estimated costs prior to bid, provision of technical assistance to sales force as and when required, review of contracts, plans and specifications, supervision of installation labor and subcontractors, preparation of change proposals.

Field Technicians – Installation and Service  We prefer a 2 year electronics degree along with some relevant experience with card access, video surveillance and recording, intercom, etc. Ability to communicate directly with a customer, follow procedures and policies related to processing invoices is required.
